Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Plan, analyze, and conduct training programs for store staff - Create and develop training modules/materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources, to support both In- person and virtual training Initiatives - Ensure the training program is in line with store needs Evaluate the effectiveness of training activities and make improvements as needed - Build strong working relationships with store staff and encourage active participation in training programs - Work closely with other divisions or departments to Identify training needs, determine areas far improvement, and align training initiatives with the companys strategic goals Create training activity reports

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Female, max 30 years old - Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Communication, Psychology, or related Bald - Moving min. 2-4 years of working experience as a trainer - Having experience in the retail fashion Industry Is preferred - Understanding of retail operations - Strong public speaking, presentation and communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace - Willing to work mobile when needed
