Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with artist and label campaigns. - Create content ideas, manage execution, write copy/captions, and publish posts. - Manage posting schedules across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). - Monitor and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, growth). - Coordinate with creative, production, and artist management teams for content needs. - Track relevant trends and turn them into content for RFAS Music and its artists. - Engage with the audience by responding to key comments/messages and fostering positive interactions. - Prepare regular social media performance reports. - Support campaign activations such as music releases, concerts, Kol or brand collaborations

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Bachelor degree in any field (preferably Communication, Marketing, or related). - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in the creative or music industry (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome). - Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, X, Spotify, etc.). - Skilled in creating engaging content (captioning, copywriting, storytelling). - Basic design and editing skills (Canva, CapCut is a plus). - Creative and up-to-date with music trends and pop culture. - Able to work under deadlines with clear targets, and in collaboration with creative/artist management teams. - Communicative, proactive, and eager to contribute new ideas.
