Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Provide daily support to Director by managing schedules organizing travel, and providing necessary information - Compile, manage, and maintain important documents, including reports, presentations, and meeting notes - Manage communication with internal and external parties - Organize meetings, including planning agendas, providing materials, and taking minutes - Handle administrative and other tasks assigned by Director

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Diploma or Bachelor Degree - Work experience as a personal assistant or similar position preferred - Good communication skills, proficient in English - Strong time management with the ability to complete tasks within tight deadlines - Excellent multitasking abilities and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity applications - Willing to commute to Jakarta utara
