- Sellection Of Right KOLs based on the approve campaign threshold, and KOL Profile strategy - working together With content strategy, The Inventory team and Account Manager - Ensuring the KOL profiles meet the criteria - brand safety ,E.R , Fake Follower - Coordinate With Inventory and compliance team - KOL grid will have the profile of KOLs, with rate, scope of work, estimated views ,engagement, other notes. Also negotiate and ensure rate for ads usage, as needed. Include buffer for names to ensure if KOLs do not respond or agree to do the campaign ,we have options to pursue - Quality Check , Ensuring compliance and timeliness of execution - Monitoring performance of campaign

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Ex Digital or Creative Agency is preferable and a plus - Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communication, advertising, or related field - Proven at least 4 years of working experience in KOL/Influencer Management or similar role - Fluent in English is a must (Verbal and Written) - Bachelors degree in Communication, Public Relations, or related major - Proven experience in handling a broad range of talents, especially in the beauty industry - Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, and problem-solving, enjoy communication with users and deliver daily support with a strong user-driven mindset - Strong planning skills for online and offline campaigns, creative and good at brain-storming
