Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive, high-quality work standard. - Deliver engaging coaching, and counseling sessions that support team growth and development. - Handle disciplinary actions and terminations with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication. - Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences, ensuring seamless role, task, and responsibility transitions. - Drive effective Human Operations programs within the unit, including performance evaluations, supervision, guidance, and team empowerment.

Syarat Pekerjaan

- HR experience in mall, hotel, or restaurant industries, with strong understanding of labor regulations and industrial relations. - Familiarity with HRIS systems and basic HR operational processes. - Skilled in providing effective coaching and counseling for employee development. - Knowledgeable in training programs and able to support internal events or socialization activities. - Strong people-management understanding, especially in ensuring compliance, discipline, and positive employee behavior.
