- Manage and grow the companys social media accounts. - Develop content strategies, content calendars, and engaging copywriting. - Coordinate with the design team for promotional materials and content needs. - Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns. - Create reports and analyze the performance of digital marketing activities. - Communicate with potential customers through digital channels. SALES MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES - Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. - Promote and sell company products and services to achieve sales targets. - Prepare offers, proposals, and presentations for potential clients. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Male / Female - Bachelors degree (S1) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Science, Marketing Management, Business, or a related field. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Have a basic understanding of Digital Marketing (Social Media, Content Marketing, Digital Advertising). - Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. - Good communication skills. - Basic English communication skills (both written and spoken). - Arabic language skills are a plus. - Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team. - Preferably based in Tangerang and surrounding areas. - Willing to work full-time (WFO) at our office in Tangerang.
