Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Identify and acquire new B2B clients (e.g., interior studios, architecture firms, developers, contractors). - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. - Pitch and present Sandeco product line to potential partners or clients. - Collaborate with the technical and marketing team to tailor project solutions. - Monitor project timelines, samples, and after-sales service. - Gather customer insights to improve product-market fit. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to brand growth in the market.

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Min. 2-3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales in interior materials, coatings, paints, or building materials. - Solid network in architecture, interior design, or construction industry is a must. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills and able to work independently and visit project sites or clients. - Creative mindset and an eye for aesthetics is a plus.
