Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Control and monitoring of sales orders, delivery, and payments. 2. Monitor revenue achievement, pricing & filling capacity level of work. 3. Monitor stock availability vs plan and manage stock and performance vs set KPI's. 4. Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities. 5. Market research; make analysis to find out market needs, make sales strategies, forecasting. 6. Data analysis of category performance, ensuring strong understanding of SKU level performance. 7. Maintain sales forecast for online distribution, analyze fast moving or slow moving products. 8. Fully responsible for leading and managing daily operations; including training new employee. 9. Collecting, reviewing and making reports that is related to operational activities.

Syarat Pekerjaan

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience highly preferred. 2. 3-5 years of relevant experience as Business Development/Sales Manager Product Manager, experienced in B2B/B2C will be preferable. 3. Have negotiation skill, strategic thinking, creative, and innovative. 4. Have a pleasant personality, mature, confident with high work ethic. 5. Personal Competency: Leadership, a self starter & teamwork person able to work accurately & under pressure. 6. Have skill in Ms-Office advanced. 7. Mahir dalam penggunaan Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook).
