- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Identify prospects, generate leads, and convert them into sales - Understand customer needs and recommend solutions - Pitch and sell products/services, build positive client relationships - Deliver product demos to customers - Negotiate and close sales deals, meet sales targets - Maintain customer relationships and provide support - Prepare and submit sales reports to management - Keep updated on products, sales processes, and market trends - Collaborate with team members to achieve targets

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field - Proven sales experience with strong negotiation and closing skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. - Target-driven mindset, able to generate leads and convert into sales. - Customer-focused, skilled in handling inquiries and providing solutions. - Presentation skills, capable of pitching and delivering product demos. - Team player, adaptable, and up-to-date with market trends. - Background in EdTech is an advantage
