Daily Operations Oversight - Supervise all day-to-day activities, including cash management, stock control, and customer service. Inventory and Stock Management - Monitor stock levels, manage orders, conduct regular inventory counts, and ensure compliance with stock procedures. Staff Leadership - Recruit, train, and motivate the boutique staff, setting individual goals and providing performance feedback to enhance skills and productivity. Customer Experience - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by upholding impeccable service standards and creating a luxurious or engaging shopping experience. Visual Merchandising - Oversee the display of products and the boutique overall presentation to attract customers and drive sales. Compliance and Procedures - Ensure all cash, security, and operational procedures are followed correctly and comply with standards and rules. Strategic Projects - Collaborate on and help implement strategic retail projects and new tools to improve operations.
