After developing our lifestyle and entertainment concept, Townsquare Cilandak in Jakarta, our hip hotel, TS Suites in Bali, TS Group continues to grow by developing new lifestyle and entertainment concepts to meet today’s lifestyle needs.

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Experienced in mall leasing and business processes. - Has a strong network/database of relevant sports and F&B tenants. - Proven sales experience with high targets. - Fluent in English and Indonesian, both formally and creatively. - Knowledgeable in mall leasing and tenant brands (FnB, Retail, Sports). - Up-to-date with lifestyle trends and consumer behavior. - Able to sell concepts, not relying solely on location or low rental rates. - Skilled in building strong relationships and converting prospects into tenant. - Understands tenant needs for effective sales and selection. - Able to sell concepts, rental rates, and units for Townsquare. - Able to quickly obtain tenant contacts from various sources. - Manages tenant databases and prospect lists aligned with marketing and rental targets. - Leads and motivates leasing teams and sales agents to achieve targets. - Brings in quality tenants that match the concept and rental objectives. - Possesses or can acquire tenant decision-maker databases to support sales activities. BENEFITS - Basic Salary (nett of tax). - BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan. - THR. - Medical Reimbursement up to 85% of 1 month’s basic salary per year (eligible after 1 year of employment and permanent status/PKWTT) - Free Parking (1 motorcycle or 1 car). - Annual Leave.
