- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent aligned with our creative values. - Develop and implement employer branding strategies that position Key Creation as a desirable workplace for creatives and professionals. - Design and manage engaging onboarding programs that ensure smooth integration and positive first impressions for new hires. - Initiate and organize employee engagement activities, team-building sessions, and internal events that strengthen our agency culture. - Coordinate performance review cycles and support managers in setting development goals for team members. - Assist in the creation and execution of learning and development programs to foster continuous growth across teams. - Manage HR operations including contracts, payroll coordination, and employee records with attention to compliance and confidentiality. - Ensure all HR practices are in line with Indonesian labor laws and reflect ethical, inclusive policies. - Act as a strategic HR partner, providing support and advice to leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and team dynamics.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a fast-paced or creative-driven environment. - Strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations, with a good understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle. - Familiar with Indonesian labor law, HR systems, and best practices in compliance and documentation. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well across teams and support various personality types. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with a proactive, solution-focused mindset. - A genuine passion for people, culture, and the creative industry, bonus if you have experience supporting designers, content creators, or digital teams.
