- Identify and approach potential clients to build new business opportunities and collaborations - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term cooperation - Create strategic promotion and campaign plans aligned with client objectives - Coordinate with internal creative and production teams to translate client needs into impactful deliverables - Offer branding, advertising, and digital campaign solutions tailored to client needs - Act as the main liaison between clients and the internal team to ensure smooth communication and timely execution - Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure targets are met - Prepare and present proposals, reports, and client presentations in a clear and compelling manner - Stay updated with industry trends, especially in creative, digital, and event marketing landscapes

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Bachelor degree from any major, preferably in Communications, Marketing, or related fields - Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive. Experience in a creative agency, event organizer, or digital marketing agency is highly preferred - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Fluent in English both written and spoken - Well-groomed, confident, and presentable with a strong client-service mindset - Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Able to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure with a can-do attitude
