To strengthen our young & dynamic, successful Indonesia Team, we invite ambitious marketing minds to come on- board soon, to build and manage our brands in these roles located at our Head Office in Jakarta, with an opportunity to grow professionally with growth of our business
- Accountable for advertising and promotion plan and budgeting.
- Draft and finalizing marketing projects in the respective year based on previous year’s result.
- Define area priorities and key projects to ensure budget effectiveness.
- Determine budget allocation of each project based total A&P agreed.
- Driving and ensuring all marketing projects are well implemented within budget and time target set.
- Collect and analyze consumer insight including brand awareness, image association, trial and loyalty through consumer research to be able to define brand plan in the respective year.
- Collect and analyze market insights that includes market share, numeric distribution and store off take (sales per point of distribution) to be able to define area priorities.
- Coordinate including pitching business partners/vendors/suppliers/agencies based on capabilities to take care of the projects defined.
- Male or Female with minimum 1 year experience in brand management (brand building and /or brand development ) preferably from large or medium size multinational company in Food & Beverages (F&B) or Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Industry.
- Bachelor Degree in Economy / Management or Exacts from reputable University is preferable.
- Age below 27 year old.
- Fluent in English (oral and written) is a must.
- Required skill(s): English, Computer literate, Details oriented.
- Posses SIM A
- Active, outspoken, creative, mobile, breakthrough thinking, fast, able to work under pressure, working as a team
